Which college is better among TU, VIT and Thapar? I have heard negative about faculty of Thapar.

Can I pursue B.Tech in computer science from Thapar University or Delhi Technological University?

You can. For thapar you need around 7000-14000 A.I.R. in jee mains but for dtu you need 1- 8000 A.I.R. in mains. My suggestion would be to go for dru as it is one of the best college in our country to do engineering.
