I am both satisfied and dissatisfied because of the faculty members; there are no good placements.

Placements: No good placements yet; we are the final year students and we also didn't get any internships while we were supposed to for the 6th semester. Our seniors got internships earlier. We also didn't get any chance to visit the company, as our institute was supposed to.

Infrastructure: We do not have anything like projectors to present in class; we had to go to another classroom to do our presentations. The Wi-Fi that is provided by the university is also not good. They have very bad strength and don't work well either. Library rules are very bad; we always have to face some kind of problem.

Faculty: Some of the faculty are good and some of them are not. They come to class and teach, which we don't understand and we can't complain about it. The information that we should get early we always get it late and this semester we also faced problems at the beginning of the semester as the faculty members were not there to teach.

Wonderful choice to go for.

Placements: 60–75% students are placed in course. The lowest package is approximately 1.5 lakh, while the highest is approximately 3 lakh. The top recruiting companies are ICICI bank, Axis bank, Indigo Airlines, HDFC Bank, etc. Above 70% of students get internship in Wipro, Infosys, TCS, HCL, Amazon, etc. The top roles offered are managerial roles.

Infrastructure: The university has good Wi-Fi, classrooms, proper internet facilities in the library for research and a huge number of books related to the course. It also has indoor and outdoor game facilities and the university also has a canteen managed by the HM team with proper hygienic food.

Faculty: Teachers and faculty are well knowledgeable and qualified for their roles. As we talk about the quality of teaching, it's excellent. They provide the content for the course, which will help one do their own business in the future or work efficiently with adequate knowledge in any business place. The semester exam, which I say was neither that tough nor that easy, depended on how smart the person was during the lectures and classes.

Other: I chose this course because I want to do business in the future or want to have a good position in a renowned business company, which this course has helped me through. I'm still finding my way but the knowledge I gained from this course is still there and is helping me find the right way to break through.

It's a wonderful college because of its all round performance.

Placements: 70% of students were placed in our course. The highest package was 10 LPA. The lowest package was 3 LPA. And the average package was 5 LPA. The top recruiter was Mahindra. 75 percent got internships at our courses at Mahindra. Top roles offered are HR, marketing, accountancy, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good at our college. The campus was really peaceful. They provide the smart classrooms. Well-trained, highly smart and qualified staff are there. WiFi, libraries, etc. are also available. Hostel food, lodging, and tuition are available. The canteens were good and healthy food was provided.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and smart. The teachers really impressed me. Exams are moderate. Students from the north-east, as well as from nearby countries like Nepal and Bhutan, come here to get a quality education.

Other: I have chosen BBA because I want to grab ideas related to business and want to be an entrepreneur. The best thing about my course is that it will help you learn to manage almost everything. Visiting industries should be more frequent. Events are done at the same time as studying. Extra activities are also available.

We are very satisfied with the faculty, good management, and pleasant surroundings for a student.

Placements: Around 60–70% of students were placed in our course. The average package was offered in our course. The top recruiting companies in our course are ICICI Bank, Berger Paints, XL Dynamics, HDFC Bank, and many more. 100% of the students got internships in our course with companies like insurance, marketing, banks, etc. The top roles we were offered in our course are government sections, banks, and Birla companies.

Infrastructure: There are many facilities here, like libraries, halls, classrooms, good furniture, indoor games, outdoor games, hostels, canteens, and medical facilities. They also provide music, dance, and game competitions so students can showcase their talents.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and they are well qualified and knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant. The challenges of performing well on the job and also during an internship help us to be more productive.

Other: I chose BBA because it is very helpful for our future. There are many subjects in our course, like law, marketing, human behavior, accounting, soft skills, and psychology. Everything is perfect, and nothing needs to be improved in our course. I am very satisfied.

It was the best college in Sikkim, and life was very joyful during those days.

Placements: Most students were not placed, and it was just a fake thing. The highest package was only 3 LPA, which we can easily get on our own. Only local Sikkim-based companies were there with a bad work culture, so in terms of placement, I cannot say much, but it was also very bad as Corona came the same way, sir.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and everything else were okay, and the hostel was good as compared to other colleges. The canteen was the best part of the college, and in case you got sick, they had some medical or first aid kits, but the hospital was near the college, so there was no need to worry, and indoor games were available.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, very well qualified, and always there for students. Their teaching quality was awesome. Students and teachers had the best college semester exams were good and very helpful for students and teacher would help us regarding everything and pass percentage was almost 100%.

Other: I was in BBA, but the best course from my side was BCA, as the teachers were very helpful and good in this course.

Q: How many students can do a BBA at ICFAI University, Sikkim?

At least 25% of seats in each course at the ICFAI University of Sikkim are reserved for applicants from the state of Sikkim. Twenty-two courses are available in seven streams at the ICFAI University, Sikkim, including MBA and BBA/BBA (Hons.)/BBA (Hons.) with Research.

The duration of BBA (Hons.) program is 4 years, whereas the BBA program lasts 3 years. For the 2024–2025 academic year, the fees for the courses are as follows:

Rs.18,500 for BBA,
Rs.97,000 for BBA (Hons.) and
Rs.68,000 for MBA per semester.

Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted into the BBA program:

A minimum of 50% overall in any undergraduate course
45% aggregate of marks for SC/ST/OBC.
45% overall in the class 12 exam (passed the best five subjects, including English).
ICFAI Law School Admissions Test (ILSAT), LSAT, and CLAT
Personal Interaction/Interview

September 23, 2024 is when classes for the academic year 2024–2025 will start.

The entire cost of the BBA programme at ICFAI University in Sikkim is INR 1,98,000.The first year tuition for the BBA programme is INR 66,000 (Rs. 36,500 for non-domicile students, Rs. 25,500 for domicile students, and Rs. 18,500 for government quota students).

Along with their application forms, all applicants must pay a one-time admission fee of INR 3,000. For both undergraduate and graduate programmes, all students must pay Rs.2,000/-per semester for both programme and exam fees.In addition to the first semester fee, all students must pay a Rs.5,000/-caution deposit (one time). Upon programme completion, the caution deposit will be returned to students without interest and after all outstanding balances have been settled.
