NCU-Gurgaon is best for B.Tech CS E. The University imparts education in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in engineering, management, sciences, and law. 15% intake will be allocated for Children/Wards of NRI / International students. Unfilled seats in this category will be transferred to the resident Indian category and shall be filled on merit. Should seats still remain vacant, in any course, if at all, after exhausting the merit list of applicants of the National Test (s), seats may be filled on the basis of results in the qualifying examination subject to meeting the minimum

The institute gained the status of a State private university, and called the ITM University, Gurgaon, in the Academic Year 2009-10 under Act No. 25/2009 by an Act of Legislature of government. ITM University, now The NorthCap University, thus became an unaided, self-financed private University in 2010 duly recognised by UGC under section 2 (f) of the UGC Act of 1956, and the Bar Council of India and has the right to confer degrees under Section 22 (1) of the UGC Act, 1956.
