Generally, a B.Tech at Thiruvalluvar University is quite cheaper than the private colleges offering an engineering degree. Being a government institution, the university charges lower fees which may range from INR 2,000 to 3,000 per annum. Although there are some additional compulsory fees which totals to around INR 7,270 taken in the first year (excluding the refundable deposits), these are manageable for most students. It should also be noted that total expenses may go up in the case of applicable lab fees and other charges specific to a given program. Thus, it is such an affordable university that it draws many students who can acquire quality engineering education without spending a fortune as they would in private institutions.

The main undergraduate and graduate programs offered at Thiruvalluvar University, which is situated in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, are in the fields of arts, science and commerce. To the best of my knowledge, the university's academic offerings do not currently include a B.Tech program. However, B.Tech programs are offered by organizations such as Anna University's Thiruvalluvar College of Engineering and Technology (TCET) in Vandavasi. With an authorized intake of roughly 90 students per discipline, TCET provides 11 B.Tech specializations including information technology, computer science and engineering, and mechanical engineering. Universities and schools that specialize in engineering fields including Anna University, VIT University, and SRM Institute of Science and Technology are good options for students looking for a B.Tech degree because they provide a variety of B.Tech programs with different specializations.

Academic Background: As discussed before, strong and good support should be provided to these students in subjects such as mathematics, physics, and chemistry since they are fundamental learning bases. If a student doesn't really have a good understanding of these subjects before entering the course, his or her perception of the course might become burdensome.Performance of Entrance Tests: There is too much less information regarding the entrance tests to be considered only selective and important.Nevertheless, when it comes to admitting a student and maintaining for it a positive attitude toward his or her academic career, entrance test performance is certainly necessary.Course Load: The B.Tech course heavily emphasizes rigorous coursework related to the fundamental engineering concepts and their practical applications. Quality of Faculty : Most importantly, the teacher-faculty role in nurturing or otherwise toward the whole learning process may be useful or not.
