Both the courses are good. Both of them have good curriculum which include three - four mandatory internship. Internship help you to understand course in a practical way.

Yes, you will be eligible for the GPAT entrance exam. You need to however have a minimum of 60 percent in your boards and the B.vocational degree that you pursued.
