Take admission wisely if you don't want to be trapped in the world of science.
Placements: There are no campus interviews conducted in the college. Students have to find job openings by themselves. As a student, I know that my seniors had to get jobs on their own capabilities and achievements or contacts or references. Most of us prefered doing post-doc/M.Tech as no jobs were available unless you had more than 90%.
Infrastructure: The college has the best infrastructure. All the facilities are available, like well-equipped labs with all required chemicals, lab assistant for helping finding stuff, etc. We have 4 student labs, 4 project labs, PhD students lab, microbiology lab, recombinant DNA lab, plant tissue culture lab and chemistry lab. Wi-Fi facility is available for students/faculty members. We have our own library, -80 incubations, shaker, lyophilisation, classrooms and play court. There is no canteen, and we eat food on the staircase.
Faculty: The faculty members are good, and the course curriculum is of the highest difficulty level. Every Saturday we had a test, and its marks were been included in the final. So it's very important to get good grades every week, and the checking is done very strictly. The course needs to be upgraded.
Other: We have a fresher's party and some days are celebrated in the month of February, and that's it. There is not much fun on the campus. We can attend the conference at the university.

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's a summary of the pros and cons:

Pros:
* Good faculty members who are knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced
* Relevant and industry-ready course curriculum
* High-quality teaching quality with good explanations
* Good infrastructure and facilities, including Wi-Fi, labs, and libraries

For those who prioritize academic excellence and are willing to explore additional opportunities outside of campus recruitment, UniPune could still be a suitable choice.

Recommendation: Consider weighing the pros and cons carefully and conducting thorough research on the university's strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, reach out to current students, faculty, or alumni to gain a deeper understanding of the programme and its outcomes.
