UniPune admission for a majority of PG and UG courses, such as M.Sc. M.A. M.Tech, M.Com B.A. And BBA among others, is based on the Online Entrance Exam (OEE) conducted by the University. Additionally, there are numerous courses, such as MCA MMM, Advanced Diploma, MPH E-MBA, LL. M. and M. Lib. ISC among others, where the admission process is completely based on merit in the previous qualifying exam (Class 12 for UG admission and UG degree for PG admission). Thus, students will not be able to get direct admissions to Pune University.

Candidates seeking admission to Pune University via OEE 2025 can apply online on the official website and submit their application forms. Candidates are required to upload the following documents along with the application form:

• Photocopy of the statement of marks of the qualifying exam passed (of applicable)
• Photocopy of the caste certificate/ non-creamy layer certificate issued by the Government of Maharashtra in case of reserved category
• Photocopy of the medical certificate issued by a Civil Surgeon in case of PwD category

Students are not required to submit print out of the application form or documents at the campus. However, the original documents must be submitted during admission. The application fee for General category candidates is INR 600 (INR 750 with a late fee) and the same is INR 400 for reserved category candidates (INR 550 with late fee).
