There are a total of 4,130 seats in MBBS course of RUHS. The seats are distributed among the 27 affiliated/ constitutent colleges. Candidates are offered seat in MBBS programme based on NEET-UG score. Selected aspirants have to participate in Rajasthan NEET Counselling for seat allotment.

Rajasthan University of Health Sciences admissions are primarily entrance-based. The university considers national-level entrance-exam scores for BDS, MDS, MBBS, MPharm, etc. RUHS conducts an admission test for shortlisting candidates for BPharm, BPT, BSc Nursing, and other programmes. The test is conducted for 120 minutes in English language. The papers includes objective-type questions related to the course.

Therefore, candidate belonging to the General AI category candidates with the CCMT score of 400 can get admission to the college easily. For the SC AI category candidates, the cutoff score was 263. For OBC AI and EWS category candidates also, it is easy to get admission to Central University of Rajasthan for MArch or MTEch, at score of 400 in CCMT.
