For a few UG courses such as B.Ed, BSc, MA, etc., admissions are offered based on candidates' merit scores obtained in their previous qualifying exam. Further, to get admission to courses such as BTech, MTech, MBA, etc., candidates have to qualify for state/ national-level entrance exams. University of Kalyani provides very good placements.
Placements: Kalyani University provides very good placements. The highest salary package offered was 8LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The recruiters offered many of the diverse roles. Most of the students got placed for summers as well as for finals.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our university were above par. Labs and classrooms were very prominent for world-class teaching. All the facilities regarding medical, sports & games were available. Food served in the canteen was one of the attractions of our university.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were very helpful, knowledgeable, and motivating. They always helped us even after our class hours. Students were made well prepared for corporate exposure if he/she can follow the course curriculum thoroughly which was very relevant and useful.

One of the largest university campus.
Placements: Since it is a regular post graduation course; no companies were interested in visiting for placement. But some of the students of our college got jobs through direct walk-in. Department of commerce at the university of Kalyani provides a good opportunity for higher studies, like Ph.D., M.Phil.
Infrastructure: The university of Kalyani has a central library with well-furnished A/C reading rooms, where each branch has a departmental library with 70000 books, well-occupied, and e-resources like DELNET, INFLIBNET, IASLIC, ILA, BLA, and BRITISH Council library, etc., and e-journals like ISID, JCCC, etc. Centralized free Wi-Fi systems are available. Each department has their respective computer labs. We have A/C smart classrooms, including the projector and sound system. Canteen facilitates varieties of food with good quality. University has many separate hostels for boys and girls, nearby by campus. A single room can be shared by two members. More than 1000 students stay in hostels. University provides a good medical facility and department of physical education, conducts good indoor games and outdoor sports.
Faculty: Department of commerce faculty members are very helpful, well-educated, and all are permanent. They share their valuable knowledge in class, through by phone and e-mail every time. They maintain a close relationship with the students.

Hello Manojit You just have to give Entrance exam after complete the graduation. eligibility criteria, you just have to score more than 50-55% in U.G course so that you can participate in entrance exam of PG courses.PG courses admission is basis on entrance rank aur marks
