The University of Lucknow conducts UGET, UGPET, and PGET entrance exams for admission to the UG and PG courses. Lucknow University released the first provisional merit list for several undergraduate courses on Jul 27. Selected candidates must visit the official website of the University to pay the online seat confirmation fee latest by Aug 3. On the basis of the remaining vacant seats, Lucknow University will release the second merit list to provide admission. For postgraduate courses, Lucknow University has released the first provisional merit list only for MCom courses. For the rest of the PG courses, the University is expected to release the merit list soon.

The University of Lucknow offers a four-year full-time BTech programme covering five specialisations. Lucknow University BTech admission is based on a valid JEE Main score, followed by AKTU Counselling. Lucknow University also offers lateral entry to this course.
