Campus is lush green and has its own charm.

Placements: The placements in the college are good compared to many IITs and NITs. You can expect a good placement in the relevant domain, but one has to work hard for that. The highest in my branch is 39 LPA, and the least is 6 LPA. 100% students got placed last year.

Overall, it is completely fine. The college has good infrastructure and a good climate.

Placements: The best thing about my college is the placements. Last year, they offered 2,250 placements for students, and companies like HCL, Capgemini, TCS, Zoho, and Hyundai made good offers. Our students even got jobs at Google with packages of 60L! From the 6th semester, we will start having placements. About 90% of the students are getting placed with an average package of 5L. My plans after the degree are to pursue my master's abroad.

A total of 188 companies visited the campus, including Robert Bosch, Credit Suisse, SAP Labs, Citicorp, CITICORP Services, Capital One, Qualcomm, TCS, Oracle, RBEI, Wipro, L&T Construction, Saipem India, Thorogood, Arista Networks, Reliance Industries, and Fidelity Investments.

It's The Top most college in our country.

Placements: About 70% of students get placed in NITK for industrial biotechnology. The maximum package is 15 LPA without minors. Taking shorter courses will increase the average package. The average package is around 7 LPA, and the minimum is 5.5 LPA. One of the top recruiting firms is . Students get internship opportunities and pre-placement offers before reaching the final year. Reason why I chose NIT Mangalore.

Placements: From the third semester on, the students are eligible for campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit campus and offer placement to eligible students. Some companies visiting campus are L&T and Amazon. CSE, IT, and ECE students have higher placement rates. Our department placement percentage is 80%. An internship is given by L&T, Atkins, for ongoing metro and tunneling projects. Here we get a chance to learn design. The median package is 6 lpa.

Systra, WSP, Atkins, and ICICI are top recruiters. 48% get internships in MNCs such as WSP, Systra, and DHI and the remaining got into research institutes such as CWRDM, Kozhikode, CWPRS Pune, RRSC Bangalore and IIT Madras. Most people were offered the roles of Hydraulic Modeller and Hydrological Modeller.

Placements: Our institute receives high value salaries every year and among them the M.Tech programme plays an important part. For my batch the highest offered package was INR 40LPA with companies like Wipro, IBM, Tata Group, Axis Bank and Federal bank being highly famous recurters of the placements drive. I was fortunate enough to get a highly productive job package from NIT which I am really enjoying being a part of.

Placements: Almost 6 out of 14 students were placed in manufacturing engineering. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA. Around 40% of the students got placements. The manufacturing course plan is very bad. I am not satisfied with it. There is not a single subject which can help you in industries. So, companies do not opt from manufacturing branch during placement. Internships are fine, and 5 students got an internship in our class.
