Placements: The placements in the college are good compared to many IITs and NITs. You can expect a good placement in the relevant domain, but one has to work hard for that. The highest in my branch is 39 LPA, and the least is 6 LPA. 100% students got placed last year.
Placements: The best thing about my college is the placements. Last year, they offered 2,250 placements for students, and companies like HCL, Capgemini, TCS, Zoho, and Hyundai made good offers. Our students even got jobs at Google with packages of 60L! From the 6th semester, we will start having placements. About 90% of the students are getting placed with an average package of 5L. My plans after the degree are to pursue my master's abroad.
Placements: A total of 801 students out of 1390 were placed in our batch. Out of 23 students in M.Tech (PES), 9 students secured placements. A total of 188 companies visited the campus, including Robert Bosch, Credit Suisse, SAP Labs, Citicorp, CITICORP Services, Capital One, Qualcomm, TCS, Oracle, RBEI, Wipro, L&T Construction, Saipem India, Thorogood, Arista Networks, Reliance Industries, and Fidelity Investments.
Placements: About 70% of students get placed in NITK for industrial biotechnology. The maximum package is 15 LPA without minors. Taking shorter courses will increase the average package. The average package is around 7 LPA, and the minimum is 5.5 LPA. One of the top recruiting firms is . Students get internship opportunities and pre-placement offers before reaching the final year. A 7 CGPA is the minimum requirement to sit for the campus placement interview.
Placements: From the third semester on, the students are eligible for campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit campus and offer placement to eligible students. Some companies visiting campus are L&T and Amazon. CSE, IT, and ECE students have higher placement rates. Our department placement percentage is 80%. An internship is given by L&T, Atkins, for ongoing metro and tunneling projects. Here we get a chance to learn design. The median package is 6 lpa.
Placements: The college has an excellent placement record. The college has a record of 90%-95% placement because a few of my classmates prefer to continue their education. The college administration and the placement council work well together to invite a wide variety of industries to the college for the job application process. The colleges the highest placement offer was around 47 LPA, and the median wage offer was around 15 LPA.
Placements: Since the CDS branch is new to NITK, the placements for M.Tech. CDS students are moderate. The highest package for the year 2023 was 36 LPA. The average package was 19 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Adobe, DeShaw, Oracle, Microsoft, JPMorgan, etc.
Placements: 85% of students get placed in various MNCs (Both Core and IT). The highest Package was 12.5 LPA, Average was 8 LPA, and the lowest was 5.5 LPA. Systra, WSP, Atkins, and ICICI are top recruiters. 48% get internships in MNCs such as WSP, Systra, and DHI and the remaining got into research institutes such as CWRDM, Kozhikode, CWPRS Pune, RRSC Bangalore and IIT Madras. Most people were offered the roles of Hydraulic Modeller and Hydrological Modeller.
Placements: Around 17 students out of 27 students got placed in this course. Both core and non-core opportunities are available in this college. If you work hard, you can grab decent placements. The highest salary package offered was 13 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 5.8 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 10 LPA.
Placements: Around 100% of placements are provided in our college. Placement committee is very helpful and supportive. Every member of the placement committee is experienced and has industrial exposure. They guide students during the placement drives. More than 175 companies visited our campus during the placements such as Mercedes Benz, Accenture, Tata Technologies, Tata Motors, Thermax, Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, ITC, and Maruti. Placements: Top recruiting companies visited our campus. Biotechnology did not get many job offers, but other departments had opportunities to apply for placements. Most students could apply for jobs in the seventh semester. Students who knew the company they were interested in could get placed.
Placements: About 95% were placed last year and this course has 2 batches, one is CSE and CSE-information Science and average CTC is 17lpa. Other then course, internship is allowed in summer after 2nd sem and very few are allowed to go do internship here in department.
Placements: Our institute receives high value salaries every year and among them the M.Tech programme plays an important part. For my batch the highest offered package was INR 40LPA with companies like Wipro, IBM, Tata Group, Axis Bank and Federal bank being highly famous recurters of the placements drive. I was fortunate enough to get a highly productive job package from NIT which I am really enjoying being a part of.
Placements: Almost all top companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Tower Research, Adobe, Uber and many others visit our college for placements. Students also get placed in various non-tech companies like EXL, Axtria, ZS Associates, Brain and Company, BCG etc. To name a few Internships are available only through contacts in our college, but you can apply for a non-tech internship through campus.
Placements: More than 50% of the students got placed. A lot of good companies like GE, MBRDI, RBEI, Moog India etc. Had come to campus. The highest package offered in 2016 was around 10lpa. More than 50% students had done internship in good companies like Volvo, RBEI, NAL, MBRDI etc.
Placements: About 40% students got placed in my course. The highest salary was about 11 LPA and the lowest salary was about 6 LPA and the average salary was 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies were GE, Seimens games, cypress semiconductor etc. About 50% of students got internship in our course in companies like Volvo, Mercedes Benz etc.
Placements: Almost 70% of the previous batch students get placed in companies. The highest salary package offered is 22 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 9 LPA and the average salary package offered is 12 LPA. Various companies hire various students may be Qualcomm, Oracle, Microsoft, etc. Roles are to crack the coding round and get interviews. Placements: Almost 40-50% of students were placed. The highest package was of 12 LPA by a semiconductor company for electrical related profiles whereas the lowest was 3.5 by a software company. Mercedez Benz, Bosch, and Moog India were often companies for placements. Roles offered were of 'Post Graduate Trainee' and 'Engineer-I'. Almost 30-40% of students were offered internships in various good MNCs.
Placements: Almost 6 out of 14 students were placed in manufacturing engineering. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA. Around 40% of the students got placements. The manufacturing course plan is very bad. I am not satisfied with it. There is not a single subject which can help you in industries. So, companies do not opt from manufacturing branch during placement. Internships are fine, and 5 students got an internship in our class.
