If we compare the selection criteria for William Carey University, CMJ University and University of Science and Technology (UST), Meghalaya. We will see that only UST takes BPharm admission through the CUET exam. Candidates apply for William Carey University and CMJ University do not have to apply for CUET secure admission and can appy directly through Class 12 exam results.

Yes, you can get direct admission to the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya (USTM) for some programs if you meet the basic eligibility criteria: MCADirect admission is offered to candidates who meet the basic eligibility criteria based on their past academics. MBACandidates who have valid scorecards of CAT/MAT/XMAT can directly appear for the Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD). For other programs, admission is based on merit, which is the percentage of marks secured in the qualifying examination:UG and PG courses: Candidates with minimum marks as mentioned in the prospectus are considered for admission.B.Pharm, D.Pharm, and BA (Administration & Governance): An entrance exam is conducted for these programs.Ph.D. Candidates must clear the Entrance Test and Interview. You can apply for a programme at USTM by filling out an online application, getting an application form and prospectus from the university's Administrative Office, or downloading the form and prospectus from the university website.

Yes,The University of Science and Technology, also known as USTM in Meghalaya has been renowned for being the first Private University based on Science and Technology in North East India. Approved by UGC and AICTE, the university came into existence in the year 2008. The university has 11 undergraduate, 12 postgraduate, and 10 Ph.D. specializations. Admissions are done on merit basis for various UG and PG courses. Some courses need university prescribed entrance test merit marks. Admission to MBA is done via USTM-CAT followed by group discussion and personal interview. For selection to Ph.D., candidates are selected based on performance in academics, entrance tests, and interviews.
