Yes,  Uttarakhand Open University offers a two-year course of B.Ed ODL (Open & Disctance Learning). This course can only be pursue after getting any UG or PG degree. Further, aspirants must also be trained in-service teacher in elementary education. The university also offerd B.Ed in Special Education. To get admission to these courses, candidates must appear for an entrance exam conducted by Uttarakhand Open University.
