I am not quite sure of Petroleum Engineering programme at UPES but I must say Petroleum Engineering is purely centered on integrated approaches of Sciences and Engineering practices in the Oil & Gas Industry. This involves technological undertakings and emphasis of the same in the application of the concepts in Petroleum Exploration, Drilling, Production, Reservoir Engineering, Pipeline Engineering, Refinery Operations, LNG Value Chain, Petrochemicals and Natural Gas Processing. Students in the petroleum engineering programme will be engaged on a holistic journey of the entire value chain of the O&G Industry beginning from the exploration of hydrocarbons to the supply of finished petroleum products to end-users. Therefore, in my opinion, I would recommend LPU because the School of Law is governed and regulated by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and its curriculum is also provided by BCI. Students have experienced internships at various High Courts, law firms, law chambers, commissions, corporate houses, and NGOs. LPU provides Experiential learning by Regular Open House Discussions in order to generate awareness about contemporary issues to identify corresponding legal challenges and implications.
