Hi Piyush, UPES : This college is more popular for Engineering, MBA in Infrastructure and logistics. For Law its relatively new. But its picking up. Might make a name for itself in next 5 years once the 1st batch law students pass out. Overall the college is good given the following
1. UPES is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2 (f) of the UGC Act, 1956 and is the first university under Public-Private Partnership.
2. UPES is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)
3. UPES is also a member of the Commonwealth Universities Study Abroad Consortium (CUSAC), which is a group of universities formed around the Commonwealth who are committed to increasing internationalization at their institutions. ICFAI :
ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand (hereinafter referred to as the University) was established under the ICFAI University Act 2003 (Act No.16 of 2003) passed by the Uttaranchal Legislative Assembly and assented to by the Governor on July 08,2003. The ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand is sponsored by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (Icfai), a non-profit educational society established in 1984. Faculty of Law
BBA, LL.B (Hons. ) Law programme Approved by The Bar Council of India. Faculty of Law is ranked 22nd among top 25 law colleges of India by India Today - Nielsen Survey, 2013. Almost 100% Placement
Faculty of Law is a Corporate Member of LAWASIA
I would say ICFAI is better

Hello Shubham,
Of course yes. NIOS is like any other board and those students who pass 10th from NIOS are definitely eligible to seek admission in any diploma course.
Best wishes to you.

Hi, I'll recommend Jain University as Placements in college are pretty good, The faculty train you well so that you have both practical and theoretical knowledge. You get a lot of internship opportunities so that you have work experience. The syllabus given here has a lot of scope. The companies linked with the college for placements are very renowned and prestigious companies. The college building is pretty huge. The classrooms are large and spacious. The college does not have huge grounds like other universities, but it has never discouraged sports like there is a cricket coaching in the basement and basketball can be played on the 3rd floor. The college has 3 canteens, and the entire building is air-conditioned. The faculty members are very good, or I would say the best. They are the most supportive and try to help you in every possible way. The curriculum is designed such that students do not get burdened, and the curriculum is very much helpful in knowing the concepts well. The curriculum is distributed properly across all the 6 semesters.
