As per the NIRF report, the Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University placements of 2023 recorded 43 BTech students, 40 BPharma, and 2 MBA students who earned a placement. Wherein, the median package for MBA students was INR 7 LPA, and for students from BTech, the median package reached INR 3.3 LPA. On the other hand, for a BPharma graduate, the median package stood at INR 2.8 LPA.According to GJUST placements of 2023, 330 students were picked for placement from 77 companies on board. Wherein, the highest package for GJU Hisar was INR 14.75 LPA. Some renowned companies that participated in the placement drive were Amazon, Haldiram, Nagarro, IBM, and many more.

After considering all the specialisations, around 50%-70% of seats are allocated to the candidates who qualify the accepted entrances such as PUCAT, and JEE Main. For UG and PG courses, the CUET exam scores are taken into consideration for admission to fill 50% of seats. For courses such as BTech, JEE Main’s scores are considered to allocate 70% of seats, and the remaining 30% are allocated via the PUCAT exam. Some courses such as BCA and diplomas require the PUCAT exam after the qualification of 10+2.
