All candidates are given a common research methodology and subject specific-content based test followed by a presentation of the proposed area of research to the RAC. The committee decides whom to send to it. Those recommended for selection are required to take registration coursework and clear the prescribed examination. Finally, candidates register upon successful completion of all the requirements put forth by the RAC assessment of their proposals.
