The degree provided by Visvesvaraya Technological University has much value when compared to other colleges. I would suggest you to pursue your course at VTU which is a State Government University which has validity throughout.

I am attaching a link for your ready reference. Am I missing something that is in your mind and I am not able to understand? There are plenty of colleges in Bangalore offering M.Tech on regular basis and few of them by correspondence also. Shiksha app will give you all the information about these colleges as well as colleges offering distance mode also.
