Hi,
Yes, you can shift to JIIT for that you have to sign a provisional admission letter. After that, you'll get a NOC then you can migrate yourself. All the best.

Hi,
BE in CSE at BIT MESRA would be my anytime choice over VIT. BIT MESRA is a GFTI, whereas VIT is just another private institute which is just over hyped. Also, an average placement package at BIT MESRA is INR. 6-7 lacs which is good enough.

It's not possible. In order to get admission in any of the B.Tech programmes you need to appear for VITEEE exam and upon good rank you have to take part in counselling to get admission.
