Both the colleges are reputed once so either of them would be a good choice. However, since NIT Patna is a government funded institution, its stature is high as compared to that of VIT Vellore. Hope that helps. All the best buddy.

You have a nice percentage in state board exam. You are a BIPC student, better to go for biology felid, not computers. If you are interested in computers, then get an idea on programming, then only you can get a specific value

This year, the last date for registration is 28th Feb 2019.

Further the hostel fees depends on the type of room you choose- there are two-bedded, three-bedded , four-bedded and some hostels 6-bedded, the hostel fees includes the mess charges as well and varies somewhere around INR 1 lakh to INR 1.5 lakhs.

Candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura. Certificate to Prove Nativity should be produced at the time of counselling, failing which they will not be considered for admission.
And, the NATA score depends on the valid qualifying score as declared by NATA every year.
