your chances are nil to get any course in any of the campuses of VIT University. The ranks till 100000 are only called for counseling and only in Bhopal campus the ranks till 150000 are called. So you have no chances of getting admiss

You need to opt Vellore and Chennai campuses of VIT University only because HPTHE, Bhopal and Amravati campuses are new and so we don't have a clear idea about their faculty, placements or infrastructure.

VIT University does not offer lateral entry admissions. The admissions are based on the ranks in the VITEEE examination. I think SRM University has lateral entry admissions. So, you may refer their website www.srmuniv.ac.in

No, it is not possible to even get a seat at VIT, Vellore or any of the campuses (except Bhopal) with this rank. You may be called for counselling but you can just book a seat under category 5 only.
