You cannot get admission in VIT without giving VITEEE. For management seats also, it is compulsory to give VITEEE. Still,you can contact with the VIT admission office if you have a genuine case.

As per your rank your chances of getting any NIT's is very slim. So if you got your preferred branches in VIT or SRM then choose any of them both are good.
