For enrolment into VIT, you need to appear for the entrance examination conducted by VIT - VITEEE entrance examination. The rank and score you get in the entrance examination decides whether you are able to get a seat in VIT.

VIT is in top 20 engineering colleges of India. If you are able to get VIT after dropping a year then its worth a try option.

Age Limit:
The minimum age for applying is 17 years and the maximum age is 20 years.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidate must passed his 10+2 from any recognised Board of Education

Educational Qualifications:
Candidate must passed his 10+2 from any recognised Board of Education with minimum 60% marks in total in the Physics,Chemistry and Maths or in Biology.For the reserved category candidates (SC/ST or North East Candidates) is 50% marks in total.
