Very low chance.
If you have domicile, then good opportunity but due to non-domicile very little chance. 27 months of work experience will give you chance to get a call for GD PI.

Absolutely not! Giving the CAT is a must, only if you are aiming all the IIMs. Else, you can appear for the other exams too like NMAT, CMAT SNAP CET, etc. as per your dream college(s):

Some colleges provide a job in distance learning programme and some do not; it depends on which college you select.
But yes, getting an MBA degree will be very helpful in future.

The first UMG batch will passout in 2018. So, wait for the official placements report. However, the course looks pretty good and it's very new.

Be aware of why you want to do MBA in rural management. Read about social schemes implemented by the government and other such stuff that should help. GD is a new round this year so tough to say.

I got overall 94 percentile in XGMT but my QA and DI cut-offs are lesser than mentioned. Will I get a call?

Hi Vijaya,
You need to clear overall and sectional cut-off. The shortlist isn't out yet for this year. So, I would wish you all the best.
