As for the placement scenario it is moderate for Yashwantrao Mohite College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, Pune is mainly at its best for commerce and management stream. The placement cell of the college remains very much active in conducting campus interviews and has invited prospects from IT, Banking, Finance etc. In the region of over sixty to seventy percent of students get placements every year. While the maximum offer could be as low as Rs. 5-6 LPA, the median offer of the companies could be Rs. 2.5-3.5 LPA. Some of the leading organizations who recruit are TCS, Wipro and Infosys. Arts and pure sciences have considerably less number of placements and students later opt for higher studies or competitive exam. In order to improve employability, professional experience and placement is promoted.Â

The syllabus for B.Sc is well planted at Yashwantrao Mohite College of Arts Science and Commerce and one can study Physics, Chemistry Mathematics or Computer Science. The college is linked with Bharati Vidyapeeth and the course offered is a syllabus that offers both, theoretical as well as practical facets of the field . The faculty is experienced, and the laboratories are well fitted with modern techniques.It is 80-85% through offering ordinary level passes to B.Sc students. The subject wise placements of students for B.Sc is not very high but there are many students who go for further studies or join research programs. A few tech firms and research companies that offer stipends that are usually within the range of Rs. 5,000—Rs. 10,000 per month. In general, the B.Sc programme is recommended to students who would like to gain academic promotion, or specific technical positions.Â

Generally fees are not refunded after 14th of August. Time limit refund:Refund of 100% is available to the students who have taken admission and withdrawn the same within 15 days. After 15 days but within 30 days of admission, students are eligible for 90% refund. 30 days of admission lapsed, 80% refund of tuition fees is allowed. More than a month after admission, students will not receive any refunds. In order to process refund, students might be required to provide their ID card, fee receipt and fee clearance certificate
