What are the eligibility requirements?
The students who have completed a minimum of 12 years of high-school studies are eligible for the undergraduate programs. The students who wish to apply for the postgraduate programs must have a bachelor’s degree or any other equivalent certificate. Apart from these minimum academic qualifications, international students need to submit the SAT or ACT scores. Also, students who do not come from an English-speaking country need to submit English proficiency tests like TOEFL, IELTS, and PTE. The students need not provide the English language proficiency test scores if:
- Their native language is English.
- The students have completed a bachelor's or master's degree from a college or educational institute in New Zealand, India, Australia, Canada, Ireland, or the UK.
- The students have been an employee in the United States for a minimum of 2 consecutive years.

Undergraduate applicants need to pay a one-time application fee of USD 75 while submitting their application via the standard application website. The graduate applicants will need to pay an application fee of USD 100, non-refundable. Application fee waivers are available to students who demonstrate financial need.
What is the fee structure of courses offered by the university?
International students need to pay program fees in addition to the tuition fees. This increases their fees from USD 3,300 to USD 12,800 compared to the tuition fees charged to a domestic student. The estimated fee structure of different programs are depicted in the below:

Scholarships & Financial Aid
Is there any scholarship or financial aid available for international students?
Babson College offers scholarships to international undergraduate applicants based on merit and need. The students need to remember these things while applying for the need-based scholarships:
- The applicants need to submit their CSS profile to be considered for the need-based scholarships.
- The students who have applied for the Early Decision admission mode can submit their applications for need-based scholarships before mid-September.

When do the admissions start?
The admission process for undergraduate programs starts in September and ends by the mid of January. The students have three choices regarding admission - Early Decision, Early Action, and Regular Decision. Early Decision is for the candidates who consider Babson as their first preference. Early Action is for the students who consider Babson among their top preferences when it comes to picking a college. Regular Decision is for the students who want to need extra time to finalize their decision.

The deadlines for the graduate programs differ as per programs. For example, students who wish to enroll in a One-year MBA program have deadlines from the end of October to mid-April. In contrast, students who wish to enroll in the Two-year MBA program have deadlines from end October to the end of June, depending upon the time they want to make their decision. Students who wish to apply for the part-time MBA program can opt for the January, May, or August enrolment schedules as per their convenience, and the deadlines vary accordingly. How to apply to UG courses?
You can choose to apply through the university’s application portal or through the Common Application portal. As an international UG aspirant, you are advised to apply through the Common Application portal if you plan on applying to other US universities as well. If you are applying to only Babson College, then use the university portal. Do note that only one application needs to be submitted from either of the portals.
Applying to Babson College using the University portal
UG applicants need to register on the official website of Babson College and then fill an application form for enrolling in the programs of their choice. They will have to adhere to the below steps for applying to any of the undergraduate programs:
Step 1: Click on the Admission Section and select the option of ‘Undergraduate School.’ After that, they can click on the ‘Apply’ button. They can proceed with the Babson Application by using this link: connect.babson.edu/apply/.
Step 2: Here, the students will have to log in with their email id and password. New students will have to register on the portal first, with details like their email id, name, date of birth, etc. A temporary pin will be sent to their email address, and the students will have to confirm this pin to proceed further.
Step 3: After that, they can log in with their email address and password to continue with the application process. Once they login, they will be directed to the ‘Application Management’ page first.
Step 4: The students who have already applied for a program can see their application status in this page’s dashboard. New students will have to click on ‘Start New Application’ to fill the application form and complete the necessary formalities.
Step 5: After submitting the application form, the students can check the status on the dashboard of the ‘Application Management’ page.
How to apply to PG courses?
Graduate applicants can apply directly to the university using it application portal. You can follow these steps to fill your application form:
Step 1: Go to the ‘Admissions’ section and click on the ‘Graduate School’ option. Click on the ‘Apply’ button to proceed further. Link: babsongradapplication.force.com
Step 2: Here, the students who have registered on the website earlier will be asked to log in with their email id and password. New students will need to register first, and then they can log in to proceed further.
Step 3: Once they log into the portal, they will have to click on the ‘My Application’ button and fill the application form to apply for their chosen program. Each of these sections should be completed before submitting the form.

What are the chances to get into this college?
Babson College selects only those students who can sustain the extensive syllabus and competitive academic environment. The writing skills, test scores, creativity, zeal, and leadership qualities of a student are considered while evaluating his/her application form. Part Time Work While Studying
Can I work while studying here?
International students who have an F-1 or J-1 student visa cannot work outside the campus without appropriate authorization. However, the students can work inside the campus with or without authorization, as per the regulations on their visas. F-1 students must fill and submit the On-Campus Employment and SS Request Form to obtain the SSN, i.e., Social Security Number required for an on-campus job. Authorization is necessary in this case. Students who have J-1 Visa will need to apply for the Glavin Office’s authorization by filling the On-Campus Employment & SS Request Form. A student may work up to 20 hours per week during the academic sessions. This work hour restriction can exceed 20 hours during holidays or vacations.
Campuses & Accommodation
How many schools and campuses does the college have?
Babson College has one main campus located in Wellesley with academic hubs in Miami and Boston. Its residential campus and hubs are also open for the students who participate in various events and festivals that the college conducts across the year. It has 10 major academic divisions, and other centres and institutes that are designed to provide students with real-life experience to put into practice what they learn in the classroom.
Is on-campus housing available?
Around 80 percent of the undergraduate and 75 percent of graduate students get accommodation on the campus. The main campus in Wellesley has 18 residence halls meant for undergraduate students only. Apart from the residence halls, the students can also reside in special housing with others who share common goals and interests. Some of these spaces are reserved for female students.
Graduate students need to apply for on-campus accommodation due to the limited options available for the apartments. The Boston and Miami hubs have convened spaces for the students to grow as a community. The annual housing or room charges can range from USD 10,000 to USD 12,000, depending upon the students' living style and amenities.
