- A link to an online portfolio which includes links to three projects in applicant's area of interest (code, games, or hardware projects); examples should be of his/her own work, if projects were group created, please include a write up detailing his/her role in the project for the MSSD program
- English language proficency scores
- Officially Evaluated records of previous educational institutions attended: If appliacant's undergraduate or graduate degree is from a university or college outside of the US, his/her transcripts must be evaluated by NACES OR AICE & includethe educational degree equivalencies, grade point average and course-by-course analysis
