Very good university but with a high tuition cost for most of us.
Tips: Students should know that the tuition costs are high and remain one of the major concerns of international students here. Also, understand that Columbia gets cold in winter and decide according to your ability to live in colder places. Lastly, public transport is not dependable, and you would need to make friends with people owning a vehicle. Two major airports, Kansas City and St. Louis, are about 2 hours away.
