Placements at Srihari Global IISD Foundation are generally more vocationally oriented where they equip the students with practical skills suited to industries. It does provide support for placements but the scope and scale may not match that of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) - School of Vocational Education. TISS is also known to have strong industry interfaces, and thus has robust placement records in all sectors; at times, the average salaries are much better and so are the number of job options. Yes, vocational students can pursue an aerospace engineering course. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech Aerospace Engineering include:Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and pass in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).Three-year Diploma in any stream with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.These criteria are inclusive of vocational students, as long as they meet the specified marks and subject requirements.
