HEC Paris History
HEC Paris Business School was founded in 1881 and the Alumni Association of the institute was established by the year 1883. The new campus of HEC Paris was shifted from Paris to a new location in 1964 and was inaugrated by General De Gaulle. The current Executive Education program was created at the institute in 1967 and the current MBA program was started in 1969.
The PhD course at HEC Paris was founded in 1975 and the institute had become the first business school to gain AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB accreditations in 2000.
