The Technological University of the Shannon, or TUS, is a young university and recognized as one of the well-known public universities established in 2021 after the merger of the Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) and the Athlone Institute of Technology (AIT). The Technological University of the Shannon has seven campuses; Athlone, Clare Street, Moylish, Clonmel, Coonagh, Ennis and Thurles. The TUS Limerick has two main campuses; Moylish Campus and the Clare street campus.
