Average college to study in
Tips: Faculty is okay, infrastructure is average, small campus with less number of students and courses. The public transportation connection to other nearby towns is very limited. College helps in finding accommodation. The events are held in the main campus that is Belleville.

It's an international student friendly college.
Tips: Students should know that Belleville is a small town with the majority of native people residing. Hence, there are not many Indian restaurants here, so the food is something I really miss. Make sure you learn to cook some Indian delicacies. But nevertheless, there are a few challenges which I am pretty sure every international student has to face.
Likes (Safety): Belleville, ON is a very small town with a majority of native, who are really humble and amazing. It's a different experience. People are ready to help you, and guide you. I have been to places in GTA, and other southern Ontario places but Belleville feels more safer and fun, it's peaceful.
Dislikes (Quality of faculty): The quality of faculty was not great since the course I was enrolled in "Artificial Intelligence and Data Science" was approved in the year 2021 and initiated in year 2022 for international students, so is still a very new certification course, with very few experienced professors. But they do invite guest lecturers to make sure they fill the gaps.

Loyalist college is one of the standout Canadian institution.
Tips: Students should find accommodation before coming to college. They should have proper resumes ready so that they could apply for work . College also provides a food cupboard that includes non perishable food for the well being of students. Learn how to deal with new people who are not from the same background or caste. Manage your finances properly instead of over spending it.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): The job opportunities are great. There is no inequality in work culture. They have access to social benefits including health care coverage, and protection under Canadian laws. There is free education for children as well. It provides safety.
Dislikes (Public transportation): The frequency of buses is very less in our area. Bus would only arrive every 45 mins to 1 hour. There are parking issues as it's a small town. Getting a cab is not recommended as it's too costly and difficult to find a cab. Interconnected buses are very less which should be increased.
