Diploma in Professional Thai Cuisine - Batch of 2023
4.2
Great choice for people serious about starting a career in culinary arts.
Tips: Excellent practical classes and well detailed demos for recipe are available. Get ready to be tired after school each day as working in the kitchen can be really exhausting. Courses are nothing like regular cooking classes. You are graded for each class every day.
Likes (Value for money): The college is expensive as compared to other culinary schools. But Le Cordon bleu is one of the best culinary arts institutions in the world and studying here has made me realize why. Everything you do and every ingredient you use is of the highest available standard.
Dislikes (Part time work): Students are not allowed to work part time in Thailand as a student. Thailand does not allow students to work part time. If you want to work or intern then you need to change your visa type, as the regular student visa has restrictions on working and can even lead to being deported.

Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) - Batch of 2023
Offered by Manipal International University
4.4
An insight for students before joining Manipal International University.
Tips: Students should research accommodation options early, as they can be limited. Part-time job opportunities should be explored early as well. Getting involved in society is a great way to network with people. Students should be prepared for a diverse and inclusive culture, and academic programs are rigorous, so time management is key.
Likes (Student Life): There are a lot of active student society clubs that enhance social and cultural engagement. There are also frequent workshops and events that provide networking opportunities and support learning. The campus facilities are excellent, including libraries and sports facilities. The inclusive and vibrant community fosters growth and learning.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): I rated 4 on post-study jobs due to decent opportunities but competition is very high. Many MNCs and local companies offer visa sponsorship in each finance and operations role varying from analyst to manager with salaries typically ranging between 30k to 40k depending on skills.
