Technical University of Munich has highly knowledgeable professors and helping staff.

Tips: Moving to Germany was a significant change for me. Here, the work-life balance is great, and everyone focuses on themselves while still having fun. The cultural shift was also significant, as individuality is more highly valued here, and punctuality is essential. I didn't need a scholarship because education in Germany is free. TUM is one of the highest-ranked institutes in the world and is number one in Germany. There are great research opportunities here, and I am studying information systems. The course structure is excellent, and I am very satisfied with my college. The country is the capital of Bavaria, and it offers many opportunities for futuristic endeavours. It is quiet and clean, and public transportation is readily available. The only downside is that it is expensive.

Likes (Value for money): The public universities don't charge tuition. Education is definitely a good value for the money, even if the living expenses are a bit higher. The course structure is good, and the education is both theoretical and practical.

Dislikes (Post study jobs): As Germany has a shortage of IT professionals, there is a high demand for TUM-qualified engineers. Munich is the capital of Bavaria, and many large companies are headquartered there. These companies are eager to hire TUM graduates, and starting salaries typically range from 50,000 to 70,000 euros per year.

Flexible and great opportunities, but can be a little difficult to know the outcome sometimes.

Tips: It is best to know even before you start studying what exactly you want to achieve from the programme or the university or at least have some sense of direction. TU Munich keeps it very flexible and offers a lot of opportunities, so you have to be the one to shape your efforts towards what you want. Munich is a great city for students. Public transportation, entry tickets to museums and other attractions, and many other things are heavily subsidized for students. In addition, there are a ton of student clubs and activities in the city, which makes it a great place to live and study.

Dislikes (Internships): Because the university's programs are so diverse, students have the freedom to choose any field of study they like. However, because there are so many options, it can be difficult to get precise guidance from the university for an internship search. Fortunately, seniors and alumni are very helpful, and Munich is the third largest city in Germany with a lot of tech and innovation, so there are plenty of opportunities for students in a wide range of fields.

TUM supports you in every way, given you can work towards it.

Tips: It was a big cultural shift from the hard-focused Indian curriculum, but the course is very flexible and allows students to choose subjects, projects, and research assistantships from any TUM department. TUM is very research-focused, but it also prepares students for the job market. Students who come to TUM should know what they want to do in the future and be prepared to pave their way. I did not avail of any scholarships as such because TUM didn't charge any fees up until now, but they have a scholarships page that gives more information and I would highly recommend students apply for Deutschlandstipendium if they plan to come to TUM as it is comparatively easier to bag it in the first semesters. Overall, I am very satisfied with the University, my course and Germany, as it helped me explore a whole new ecosystem of like-minded individuals.

Likes (Student Life): The student life in Munich is very good. Studentenwerk provides affordable accommodation, and at every dorm, there are weekly parties for students so they do not wear themselves. One lecture is usually 2-3 hours a week, depending on the credit and the type of the course, so a student usually spends on average 4-5 hours at the University every day, depending on the classes you choose. TUM has various kinds of student clubs, networking events, celebrations of different occasions, and lots of parties and movies. I participate in at least one monthly event to remain active and connected to the student community. It is easier to participate more at the start of the course.

Dislikes (Value for money): TUM does not charge fees for tuition, but international students are charged around 4,000-6,000 euros per semester. This is a reasonable amount for a public university. However, all courses at TUM are customizable, which can be confusing for Indian students who are not used to this type of curriculum. This confusion can lead to additional expenses if you extend your semesters.

Tips: Germany is quite different from India. Not only the culture but the way this country operates, the rules and regulations are quite different as well & students need to be mindful of that. If possible, learn the German language before coming here as it helps you to integrate here. One can apply for the Deutschland Stipendium scholarship once they get an admission letter from the university. TUM is amazing, not only is the staff knowledgeable, but also TUM allows you to do a lot of other things other than academics, along with a lot of networking opportunities. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.

Likes (Indian Food): Fortunately, there are a lot of Indian restaurants in Munich and nearby areas. Of course, they are expensive, but doable when you miss Indian food a lot and have no other option. I prefer cooking myself as through that I can save a lot of money & also get better at cooking and experimenting with different cuisines.

Dislikes (Post study jobs): TUM is a prestigious university that has collaborations with many industries, which makes it an excellent choice for students. Graduates can expect to earn between 55,000 and 60,000 euros per year. The job roles available for my specific course could be that of a sustainability specialist, sustainability consultant, etc.

Academic excellence and innovation.

Tips: I had a lot of changes after coming here. My German and English languages improved a lot. I got a scholarship called Deutschland Stiphendium. I avail every month an amount of 300 Euros. I am 80 Percent satisfied with the university, 100 percent satisfied with the course and 70 percent satisfied with the country.

Likes (Student Life): I love my college. It has a great infrastructure, good faculty members, and so on. There are job fair events, cultural events, and so on. There are various communities and student clubs like language clubs, and so on. I have a lot of international friends and spend time with them during the week.

Dislikes (Indian Food): I prefer to cook for myself, but there are very few restaurants here, and the ones that do serve Indian food are very expensive. I sometimes order food from Uber Eats, and when I have assignments or am working on my thesis, I rely on Uber Eats. Fortunately, I have a good job that allows me to spend money on food.

The best university in Germany, that comes at the price of being extremely challenging.

Tips: The courses are very interesting and taught in-depth, but the exams are very challenging for every course. There are often exams with above 50% of the attendees failing the exam. But one can be assured that when you pass subjects here, you will be well versed in the subject.

Likes (Permanent Immigration): The German government has recently made changes to make immigration easier. The new law also makes sitting in Germany easier. While I am not very versed in the intricacies of this law, it has been much discussed in the public domain and is common knowledge to all.

Dislikes (Indian Food): There are many Indian restaurants in Munich, but they tend to be expensive. The food is usually very tasty, and there are good takeout options as well. You can find Indian food from almost all regions of India in Munich.

Tips: Not much difference has happened to me. I learned a new language. I have not availed of any scholarships. But there are scholarships to which I have applied and my friends received them. The allowance is around 300 Euros/month. I am fully satisfied and happy.

Likes (Student Life): College days are truly refreshing as they offer the chance to meet new people from diverse cultures which I find exciting. I actively participate in events like IKOM, Sustainability Day and events like IFAT. There are also clubs for language learning, planting sees, excursions and many more.

Dislikes (Indian Food): As a student from south India in Munich, I struggle to find authentic Indian food as local Indian restaurants are expensive and lack authenticity. I prefer cooking but due to lack of time, affordable options like McDonald's or ready-made packets are helpful.

Great university and a beautiful place to explore your potential.

Tips: I did two internships, related to management and took up some online courses. No, I didn't apply for any scholarship I am totally satisfied with the university, course and the country. I get to study at the top university, with such an incredible student base from around the world. Get to travel a lot.

Likes (Public transportation): Everything here is well connected to each other. We have buses, tramps, underground metro, S-Bahns. It's pretty cheap here, the Deutschland ticket helps as it's subsidized in Bayern because for me the semester ticket doesn't include transport. Connectivity to and from the university is good.

Dislikes (Post study jobs): Right now the job market is on a hiring freeze so entering in right now is quite hard. Also, the language here plays an important role. The job roles are either as a working student or as an intern. The hourly rate is around 14-15 Euros depending on the company and the job.

TUM is a great college with great connections and good quality education.

Tips: Students should know that the exams are not going to be easy to crack. The University is good and provides you with an extremely independent life. A lot of hard work and study are required to excel in everything. Internship opportunities are widely available. Being in a city should not be a problem in computing and it is flexible enough to extend your semesters. Overall I am fully content and satisfied.

Likes (Public transportation): One ticket and we can travel anywhere in Germany using their public transport. Every campus has either a subway station or a bus station. My campus is well connected and very near to the city centre from where most of the trains depart and it is extremely affordable.

Dislikes (Internships): Internships are easily available at the university and even companies offer them. You can approach your seniors or batch mates, that's the best way to get any information regarding any internships or working student opportunities.

The university provides with the opportunities to grow and explore in your course of studies.

Tips: Before joining this college students should know that there will be cultural shifts but one should be able to manage. There was no tuition fee until the summer 2024 intake but starting the winter 2024 intake they have started charging tuition fees however, there are exceptions available which you can check by visiting the university's website. The University, course and country are nice but knowing German is key and could very well be the difference between liking it or not. A popular scholarship is available which is called Deutschlandstipendium for 300/month. Check out the DAAD website for more details.

Likes (Safety): Munich is regarded as one of the safest cities in Europe. Although it's a given you need to be careful with your belongings so far I haven't had any instances that I would consider threatening. As a student, you will also get a travel ticket that allows travel throughout Germany by public transport.

Dislikes (Indian Food): Indian food is not very common in Mensa (which is the alternative to a Canteen) however, there are a lot of Indian restaurants throughout the city. A visit can cost anywhere between 15-50. I generally prefer cooking myself as being from Assam, India I generally prefer less spicy food. Also cooking by yourself helps keep monthly expenses low.

Tips: Moving to a different country far away is always challenging. The weather, day-to-day tasks, conversations with peers, along with quite a few other factors come into play that seem to have changed drastically, and one needs to be headstrong to overcome such situations. I personally am quite proud and feel satisfied with TUM and Germany.

Likes (Value for money): Most public universities in Germany are free of charge, hence they deserve a 5-star rating for value of money. It is one of the main reasons why students from different parts of the world apply to Germany to get a pristine education and a plethora of career opportunities.

Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Learning German is a slow and difficult process for a lot of individuals, although once you get the hang of it, it'll help you communicate better at the university and your job. After living in Germany for a certain time period, anyone can apply for citizenship. I personally haven't given it much thought, although my peers would speak differently about the same.

Too much hype, but not worth it

Tips: MSPE is not recommended. Not worthy. May be MSCE or MIM is good. No network no branding, not worthy of investment. I'm a very poor student, suffering financially. Rich kids get fake volunteering certificates and take all the scholarships, poor people never get any despite being genuine. They value academics and fancy fake volunteering certificate and not real need for scholarships.

Likes (Safety): The place is best in safety! Things hands down are safe, we have a good police system and a lost and found system. You can find anything lost easily. No threats, public attacks, robbery or crimes. Generally very safe. Not sure about other cities, I'm talking about Munich.

Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): No good food, people are not friendly, the worst healthcare in world. No good technology for finance. Everything is appointment-based and super slow. Racism is quite high. Your Indian community helps you a bit to enjoy, otherwise not great. Too costly and overhyped accommodation. Thanks to brokers for getting a place.

Stepping out of my comfort zone

Tips: Initially, it was difficult to adjust to a new language. I think people need to keep an open mind when coming here and not stick to their comfort zones. I did not opt for any scholarships but they do exist for specific courses. I am pretty satisfied with my university and course. I feel like there are other countries I would be more comfortable in but it is not difficult to live here.

Likes (Public transportation): Campus is well-connected and the public transport infrastructure is very good. Students get reduced ticket prices as well. There are occasional delays or cancellations but I think that is common everywhere. If you stay in a well-connected area your life is significantly easier.

Dislikes (Indian Food): The restaurants here very expensive and the food is pretty subpar. It is much more economical to cook ourselves. A standard meal for one here would cost in the range of 10-15 euros. Along with inflation that is pretty pricey for a student unless you have a job.

Tips: TUM is unarguably the best university of Germany, there is not much to think about enrolling yourself here. The faculty is well experienced and psychologically engaged with the students which creates a good learning environment. You'll get internships here but most of them would be in German language so make sure that during the time you are here keep on brushing up your German language skills. There are many job opportunities here. You can easily get a job here after graduation. There is a cultural shift that you will experience and there is not much preference to English given so make sure that you are well versed in German at least to A2 level. Also, make sure that your course is in English before applying for it.

Tips: The students (especially from India) learn to cook Indian food from India only because one will surely miss this. There are plenty of scholarships available, thus keep an eye over the deadline to apply for scholarships and avail it. Overall the university is vibrant with diverse cultures and students from different backgrounds.

Likes (Part time work): There are plenty of student assistant jobs on the University campus. Further, since Munich is a metropolitan city and there are many job opportunities around Munich. Moreover, there are multinational companies in and around Munich which allow students to grab English language part time job.

Dislikes (Internships): There is a dedicated website for applying for student assistant jobs. But there is no dedicated career help for the internship. Some of the internships are available only in the German language. Further, it is sometimes difficult to strike a balance between internship and academic because sometimes internships are outside Munich city.

The university is great although highly competitive and academic.

Tips: It is a world-class institution, but it is highly competitive. You will have to study a lot to survive. A transition from high school is natural. I am here on a 50% scholarship. You can apply for it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the University of Toronto.

Likes (Safety): I rated the University of Toronto high on safety because I felt safe on campus and in the surrounding areas. I never saw any shootings, and campus police are available at all hours. The university also provides multiple emergency contacts for students. The only potential risk I saw was from homeless people at night, but even then I felt safe.

Dislikes (Part time work): I rated the University of Toronto low on part-time work because campus and off-campus jobs are easily available. However, the university is highly competitive, and most students don't have time for part-time work. Some jobs are even available remotely, such as being a PA or TA, which can pay up to 500 CAD per week or 2000-2400 CAD per month.

Tips: Getting out of your comfort zone is essential at the beginning of your studies at the University of Toronto. You will need to adapt to the weather and the people, and there will be a cultural shift because there are people from all around the world. Do not shut any experience off. Make connections with faculty members because they will nominate you for scholarships and awards. Overall, since this is a smaller campus, the exposure is great, and the opportunities are tremendous. Build connections and network well. This is the only campus that offers co-ops, so join a co-op programme and get experience while you are studying.

Likes (Student Life): Since I'm on the smaller campus, you get to know everyone. I participated in extracurricular and joined multiple clubs, gaining experience and friendships. It is easy to start with the mentorship programs and then work with a senior mentor to guide you through academic, social and extracurricular on campus.

Dislikes (Post study jobs): You don't need visa sponsorship from your job because you qualify for an open work permit. With psychology, it was easier to get into mental health than psychology but since that was not my area of interest, I added a minor - Statistics and Food Studies. Statistics helped me realize that I want to be a data analyst. It was easier to find jobs in this field.

Great, academically oriented university to study from but expensive.

Tips: In the beginning, you would feel a big cultural shock as the place and its education are quite different from that in India. But, you would find many people from India and all around the world who are willing to talk, know about you and share their experiences. However, once the years progress you will feel a sense of competition which is a good thing, as everyone becomes more aware and concerned about their future. Also, the university provides us opportunities to experience and learn about several different fields and sub-fields of study in the giant universe of ECE, where each sub-field could have a different career path. The university also has resources like ECC and others to help you prepare for the jobs, but securing a job is quite difficult in my field of study, especially at this economic phase. Regarding the scholarships, I didn't receive any and many of my international friends didn't either. Most scholarships require you to be a Canadian citizen or PR but there are exceptions and few international students do get the scholarships. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my university, course and country.

Likes (Quality of faculty): I think the faculty is quite easy to access and approach and is highly knowledgeable in their concepts and field of study. There is more focus on hands-on learning through practicals than most other colleges though the weightage of it towards the overall course grade is usually few, they prefer to put more weightage towards written exams. Dislikes (Part time work): I think it is easy to find a part-time job in this area but doing a part-time job while studying is quite difficult for an undergrad ECE student at UofT. Most technical courses are workload-heavy with several lengthy assignments which spare little to no free time. Maybe for Masters, the picture would be different.

Good campus, great internship support from the college and a great city.

Tips: Canada is very welcoming. I did not experience a cultural shift because I have lived abroad before. I did apply for a scholarship but unfortunately could not get the scholarship but I know many people who got one. The course is good for quickly getting Canadian working experience. It is however not the best course if you want a classroom experience because you only take 4-5 classes a week.

Tips: UofT provides you with tremendous opportunity to boost your career. Alumni are friendly. You can participate in a plethora of activities with students from other departments. There are not many scholarships available at Master's level but a lot for Ph.D.

Likes (Student Life): UofT campus is always buzzing with activities and events. It is easy to find a peer group and have some fun while learning new skills. During orientation you will get an opportunity to enroll in a vast array of clubs. There is always free food at some or the other event on the campus where you can make friends.

Dislikes (Part time work): All upcoming students get an option to apply for Teaching Assistantship roles. Moreover, students can connect with faculty members for Research Assistantship roles. Alumni is very friendly, you can reach out to them for part time roles in the industry.

Diverse campus with lots to learn.

Tips: One good thing about UOFT is that it is very diverse and people always accept and respect others. You don't have to change yourself to fit in. I am a permanent resident. I didn't apply for scholarships. Work is stressful. But overall social life is fun.

Likes (Indian Food): Lots of Indian food is available. Restaurants are very good. Pricing depends on the ambience. I have a meal plan with the university, so I don't cook. I live in downtown, so you get everything here. Indian restaurants have similar food to India, and there is one located in every locality.

Dislikes (Safety): This is the main campus located in downtown, Toronto. The other two are subsidiaries. - downtown is often surrounded by homeless people, often drug addicts. It gets sketchy during the night. My recommendation is to always travel in groups, especially during the night.

Academic fountain of deep learning in the world

Tips: The university is known for its academic standards therefore the quality of courses is good and so are the marking criteria of the professors who teach the courses. The expectation from Masters students is to work on par with Ph.D. scholars and perform better since this degree usually prepares you for pursuing a Ph.D. degree in future.

Likes (Indian Food): Toronto is a vibrant city with cosmopolitan culture and food of every kind is available in the city and also this university. I as an Indian and a hard-core vegetarian. I was able to enjoy the street food and also there are many Indian veg cuisine restaurants present as well. I never found it difficult to find food.

Dislikes (Student Life): Everyone is engaged in their own activities due to course loads with less activities which students can indulge in together.

It is a good university.

Tips: It's a good university but if you are more research-oriented then go for US universities. The weather is not great in Canada. If you are person who loves sunlight or going out then say goodbye to both of them. The campus is scattered and in the middle of the city.

Likes (Permanent Immigration): Good chance of getting a PR if you have enough points. You also get a Post Graduation Work Permit once you graduate. It is an open work permit and the duration depends on the length of the programme.

Dislikes (Value for money): It's okay but not a great programme. They charge too much for the courses they are offering. It is good that there is an internship at the end of the programme otherwise it would have taken a lot of time to repay the loan.

Tips: Whatever you do, try to excel in that. Also focus on your fundamentals Science classes like Math and Physics as it helps in more ways than one, even though I'm in CS. Tips: Uoft is the most prestigious university in Canada. Canadians really give you the awe moment when they know you're studying at this university. Some of the courses are of top-notch particularly Data Science courses. Others are okay. You would know how to survive in the industry. Top companies came to the universities to offer internships and projects. That's pretty much everything. The only con is that the fees is much higher than any other university in Canada. I do not feel any cultural shift personally. But one must be ready to accept ideologies. So, it depends on the person. In my course, there isn't any but MASc. and Ph.D. offered few scholarships to students. Overall, I am satisfied with my university and course.

Live every moment and work hard for your academics, at University of Toronto.

Tips: Cultural shift sure, but not that much. In my programme and in the city too I find enough Indians that I feel at home. There are some shifts but in a good way. Like people are quite honest and rule following here than what we SEE in India. They have a vector scholarship, but it can be hard to get. Like only 120 students in my batch got it that too across 5 different universities. From my programme probably only 4 to 6 people got the scholarship. Courses are great, there is a high focus on practical applications. The courses are mainly project oriented so students get good hands on experience. Placement in my is industry focused. So like nearly everyone gets an internship.

Dislikes (Internships): Although university doesn't an internship, they will help you 100% to get one. And the best part is the salary from the internship can pay a large portion of your tuition fee. Adding to if you can get the TAship and the vector scholarship you can take off the money loads significantly.

Tips: When I moved to another country, things changed a lot. People, customs, and everything were different from what I knew. It was interesting to learn about this new culture, even though it was sometimes difficult. Eventually, I got used to how things were done there and began to enjoy the special traditions, food, and celebrations. It was a big chance, but it made me see the world in a whole new way and gave me lots of new experiences.

Likes (Public transportation): Using public transportation here has been quite good. It connects well with the rest of the city, and it's not too expensive. The weather is nice too. But if you plan to work in the long term, you might find it handy to have your own vehicle, like a car.

Dislikes (Indian Food): In Canada, especially in Toronto, homemade Indian food can be expensive. That's why I often choose traditional or local fast food options. I suggest buying groceries and cooking your own meals to get what you want. It can be a fun very cheap way to enjoy your favourite dishes.

Tips: You have a major cultural shift once you interact with diverse groups of people. I did not avail of any scholarships, but the option to work on campus provides a lot of opportunities to earn money, and hence, expenses are not that huge of an issue. University has a great reputation, and it is essential to take a multi-faceted approach. Try learning as much as you can and focus on utilizing the resources you can get. Don't just study and try getting a job - explore all the options.

Likes (Permanent Immigration): Immigration is almost guaranteed in Canada, given you don't do something illegal. Furthermore, there are Master stream programs in Ontario, which boost your chances of getting a permanent residency in Canada. Furthermore, you can also go to other provinces where immigration is easy.

Dislikes (Internships): Direct internship is not an option in my course. We need to find it on our own. Furthermore, having a part-time work status does not help, as most of the internship options are left out. Overall, university policies and government regulations make getting an internship very tough.

Tips: I would say that exams are quite tough and the competition rate is quite high as well as many foreign students opt for this university. You can feel a slight transition in correspondence between culture and society, especially if you are from India. I don't have any idea regarding scholarships as I haven't opted for any. But, I am very much satisfied with my university and this engineering course as well.

Likes (Student Life): College life at The University of Toronto is quite competitive as well as fun. There are enormous facilities provided here on the campus and so many events especially cultural ones are organized in each particular month. The teachers are very promising and extremely talented as many of them are consultants at multiple top companies and some of them also own start-ups. Overall, my experience over here is quite good.

Tips: So, before joining this university, I think students should know that there will surely be a cultural shift, especially for Asian students. Well in context of indiIndiach is prominently known for its cultural heritage. Although, there are other enticing factors such as scholarships and incredible faculty members who made us highly dependent on our ability and desire to make the best out of any situation. As I am a current student at this university, hence I am completely satisfied with this cultural and academic shift.

Likes (Quality of faculty): The faculty over here is highly qualified and extremely supportive. Their teaching methods or technique are on point and quite modern as well. Although there are also faculty members of Indian origin as well and also from other parts of the global region. They are very helpful and tend to foster an enchanting tie-up with students as well.

Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): It involves a lot of authorization process, so it is very hectic as we need to go through loads of rules and regulations. Hence, I rated 3 only. Although, it's quite meaningful and smooth to get a Work Permit visa and have a correspondence residence over here.

Stressful but very worth it

Tips: It is very academically challenging. It's not fun and games and every weekend partying like other universities. Only join if you can study 24/7 and don't get burnt out or depressed easily. Overall, it offers the best quality education in Canada.

Likes (Permanent Immigration): Canada is a super welcoming immigrant country. As it has a labour shortage so after graduation it is not difficult to find a job and convert the student visa into a work visa then finally get permanent residency and citizenship hopefully. A lot of Indians are here.

Dislikes (Student Life): It is very academically challenging and it is tough to strike the right balance between academic life and social life. There are several academic and work events but less fun and games. Clubs are also mostly academically oriented. No time for extracurriculars.

Amazing university for Masters

Tips: For me, transition to this new place was not that tough and no cultural shift was experienced. I didn't avail of any scholarship. And things that one should know before coming to a University are that the academics is rigorous, research opportunities are there, campus diversity, strong alumni network. And lastly about the city, the living cost is very high. I am fully satisfied with the university, its course and country is awesome.

Likes (Part time work): There are many kind of part time jobs available for students i.e. students can work in library, administrative office, can work under a professor as assistant for research or for teaching, students can also work in dinning hall as cashier, helper, chief, serve. I did part time jobs like teaching assistant, and student administrative assistant and payout was also good. Part time job are well manageable and there is much time for academics. The average payout is around 18$ - 20 $.

Dislikes (Quality of faculty): Faculty members are accessible in many ways like students can have discussions after and before lectures with faculty, students can visit professors in their office hours and some professors are renowned for having an open door policy, students can also approach through mail. Teaching methods of faculty include group project based learning, practical workshops, learning through case studies and there is also guest lecture from industry professionals. In the university, there are faculty members from different cultures, nationalities and different engineering backgrounds.

Tips: Students should know about fee structure, campus environment, and accommodation. Library fees university scholarship also must know Hart House at UofT St. george campus has a giant antique table for students to eat and is very reminiscent of the scene from Harry Potter where all students have their dinner.

Likes (Quality of faculty): Good student life because University campus environment is very good and all facilities are available like own home. It has a wealth of history and offers many opportunities for students to explore their interests and passions. The campus is well-maintained, the professors are top notch, the resources are plentiful, and there's always something new happening on campus.

Dislikes (Public transportation): Faculty is very competitive and helpful. University of Toronto will give you a very challenging experience. It is very tough for some students. Mostly Asians go to UofT and they give tough competition to their peers. Also, professors are not very generous in giving out marks. Students from UofT take courses at different universities just to boost their GPA
