The University of Southern Denmark main campus is located in Odense. It has a few regional campuses located in these cities Kolding, Copenhagen, Slagelse, Esbjerg, and Sønderborg. The programs at the Odense campus are divided between the university’s 5 faculties namely the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Business and Social Sciences, and the Faculty of Health Science. International full-time degree students at SDU are guaranteed housing when moving to Odense, Kolding or Esbjerg campuses. Students are required to apply for housing soon after they submit their application to SDU. Master’s and bachelor’s students can apply for accommodation 3 days after they have submitted the application for their study program. Housing options in Odense are Rasmas Rask student residence, Campus House, Østerbro 1, H. C. Ørstedskollegiet, etc.

Odense is the main campus of SDU. Over 140 study programs are offered at this campus. This campus is located roughly 3 km from the City Centre and is larger than the Principality of Monaco.
