NABAWhat’s new?
Established in the year 1980, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano is one of the largest for-profit art institutions in Italy. This institution imparts education at the bachelor's and postgraduate level, and the medium of language used for its programmes is Italian and English. Additionally, NABA has earned the approval of the prestigious Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research. In the year 1995, this institute earned the Certificate of Civic Merit awarded by the Mayor of Milan. In the year 2006, the institution moved towards academic expansion, and it added eight new programmes to its curriculum.
From the year 2009 to the year 2017, the institution was a member of the reputable Laureate International Universities network. It was in the year 2018 that NADA became a member of the Galileo Global Education. NABA has established a partnership with various organisations such as the Triennale di Milano, Art Directors Club Italiano and Fondazione Magica Cleme. Apart from these, some of the notable international partners of this institution are Hongik University and Pearl Academy of Fashion.
Located in Milan, NABA has a technologically-advanced campus to provide the students with the best academic experiences. Spread across vast parameters, the campus is built on a 19-century compound and has 13 buildings in it. It has a garden, specialised labs, a library, a language centre and lounges. The computer room in the campus is equipped with internet facilities and latest desktops. In addition to this, NABA has an on-campus eatery called The Corner. This self-service cafeteria serves scrumptious meals and drinks to the students. The on-campus library is home to many academic papers and research work. Students can also access to several online academic materials in the library.
Apart from its campus in Milan, NABA has also established a campus in Rome, and this campus is undergoing renovation. Both undergraduate students and postgraduate students can avail scholarships from this institution. These scholarships partially cover the academic fees of the students and help them manage their financials. Under the NABA Got's Talent competition, undergraduate students are provided with 18 different financial aid opportunities, which cover around 40% of the tuition fees. In addition to this, graduate students can earn scholarships based on their projects and portfolios.
Home to several successful individuals, NABA has schooled the best talents in the world. Its graduates have created a significant name in the fashion and design industry and are pioneering in their respective careers. NABA formed its Alumni Association in the year 2012 to foster its relationships with its graduates. This association also presents alumni with several opportunities and organises events for them. Some of the famous alumni of this institution are Francesco Bongiorni, Natalia Razbrodina and Stefano Filipponi
