Study in Italy: Apply for University of Padua Regione Veneto Scholarships!

The last date to apply for the University of Padua Regione Veneto Scholarships is September 30, 2024. This scholarship supports both International and Italian students enrolling in Bachelor's, Master's and PhD courses.

Study Abroad: The University of Padua in Italy has invited applications for Regione Veneto Scholarships for the academic year 2024-25. It is open to both Italian and international students seeking admission to Bachelor's, Master's, Single-cycle and PhD courses. The applications are currently open and it will close on September 30, 2024.

This scholarship supports low-income students from Italy and abroad.

If one meets all the criteria, Padua Regione Veneto Scholarships are given for one academic year. The request for this scholarship may be renewed every academic year. To apply for a regional scholarship, the students need to offer “Equivalent Economic Status Index (ISEE)” which also includes ISPE.

The scholarship amount is not the same for all students, it depends on many conditions including family income. The scholarship may include both a subsistence allowance and an exemption of tuition fees. It can also include free or discounted services for students including meals at university canteens and accommodation, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility conditions:

• The students must be under the low family income group which should be ISPE below euro 42.192,96 and ISEE below euro 26,306.25.
• They must have an offer from the University of Padua for a degree or PhD courses
• They must comply with the requirements of an Italian visa
• The applicant must meet the requirements specified in the Call
• They must not have any other international or national scholarship or grant.

"if assegned, students enrolled in the first year shall receive the scholarship in two instalments. The first one is paid by the end of December 2024; the second one is paid by the end of the month after obtaining 20 CFUs (the deadline to obtain them is August 10, 2025). Students enrolled in years subsequent to the first shall receive the scholarship in one single instalment by the end of December 2024," reads the official statement.
