Master of Science in Chemistry at UMCS Application Process
- Two paper photographs (3.5cm x 4.5cm) with a three-quarter profile (left ear must be visible)
- Original diplomas together with legalized or validated (nostrification) documents translated into Polish language by a sworn translator
- A copy of passport, which contains personal data or a copy of a visa or of a resident card or other document confirming the legal stay of the candidate in the territory of the Republic of Poland (the original available for inspection)
- A health certificate
- A copy of health insurance or accident insurance for the period of studying in Poland or the European Health Insurance Card, or a declaration of purchasing the insurance in the National Health Fund immediately after starting the first semester
- Applicants need to take the admission interview if required or submit artistic portfolio
