- Applicant must be eligible to apply for international admission track (non-quota) under one or more of the following conditions:
- Pure foreigner: when both the applicant and his/her parents are foreign nationals (one with dual nationality including the Republic of Korea, is ineligible for international admission track)
- One who completed the entire curriculum overseas: when the applicant is a citizen of the Republic of Korea but has completed a regular curriculum equivalent to elementary, middle, and higher education (16 years including university)
- Applicant must be eligible for overseas travel or residence
- Applicants must have no work experience or was employed for less than 2 years (recommended)
