Glion Institute of Higher Education is considered one of the premium institutions of hospitality management, located in Glion Sur Montreux, Switzerland. Being established in 1962, Glion School has provided quality education since its inception. It has two campuses in Switzerland, one campus in London. Glion is not recognized or accredited by any federal or cantonal authorities within Switzerland but accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education and also accredited by The International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education.

The academic programs of Glion are Bachelor's in International Hospitality Business; MSc. In International Hospitality Business; Master's in Real Estate, Finance, and Hotel Development; Master’s in Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation; Master’s in Luxury Management and Guest Experience; Luxury Hospitality Summer Program. An online education facility is also available.

Glion Institute of Higher Education is spread across three campuses. The Glion Campus is the main campus which overlooks the city of Montreux, positioned in Glion-sur-Montreux, between Lake Geneva and the Swiss Alps. This is the practical learning centre with two functional fine-dining restaurants, Le Bellevue and Fresh, both opened in 2018.

The Bulle campus is situated in the town of Bulle in the Gruyère region of Switzerland. Founded in 1989, the Bulle campus can accommodate up to 700 students in four accommodation buildings. The campus facilities include multiple restaurants and coffee shops, a library, and a study area.

Started in 2013, Glion London (London Campus) is on the grounds of the University of Roehampton and was the first Swiss hospitality institution located in the UK. Glion students are permitted to use the University of Roehampton's resources and facilities and can study the same academic programs as at the Swiss campuses.

The Glion Institute of Higher Education has over 14,000 alumni who are involved in a broad range of industries, from luxury hospitality to private banking. The Alumni Association of Glion, or Association des Anciens de Glion (AAG), is the official networking community for Glion graduates that regularly hosts a series of events worldwide, offering career support and leadership advice to its members.
