Universities without GRE: GRE full form is Graduate Record Examination and the GRE exam is one of the most popular graduate admission tests for candidates looking to pursue MS Studies abroad. The GRE exam is available in the computer-based format and also GRE Home Edition that was launched by ETS – the conducting body of the GRE exam during the COVID-19 pandemic. A lot of top universities across countries abroad have in the past relaxed GRE/ GMAT requirements keeping the pandemic in mind. There are also many universities that have substituted GRE score requirements with the candidate being able to demonstrate working experience in his field of study. GRE Score Waivers

As mentioned above, there are universities that could make the GRE scores an optional part of their admission process if any of the following categories are met. Students should note that these are situations and only if approved by the university would they hold merit.

• Some universities waive off the GRE score if the candidate's GPA is above average and has an overall strong profile.
• Various universities waive off the GRE score if the candidate has gained relevant work experience in a similar field he is looking to study further.
• Apart from this, in very few cases, universities waive the GRE score if the candidate has an excellent undergraduate research project. In these cases, universities assess the candidate's potential from his work.
• In some cases, applicants may need to take the GMAT instead of the GRE.
• The university could have temporarily relaxed GRE score requirements or universities could have a general no GRE policy.
