Nestled in the south-west of the city, the Robert Gordon University Garthdee Campus sits in a wonderfully spacious parkland, adjacent to the River Dee. All the academic departments of the university are set within this campus and It is home to teaching and research activities and is recognized for its contemporary architecture. RGU has a students' union, which helps the student community and works to enhance the experience of students at the university. The sports department at the campus provides a range of fitness and sports services to students and the general public. The Robert Gordon University design & print consultancy, the Gatehouse provides all design and print-related functions to academic and support departments as well as student and commercial enterprises.
