Tips: I was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship from the University of Liverpool, which greatly alleviated the burden of my studies. The scholarship process involved submitting my academic records, a personal statement and letters of recommendations. My course is intellectually stimulating and offers a perfect blend of theoretical knowledge and practical applications.
Likes (Public transportation): It's 32 for each trip, easily accessible buses. National Express runs to and from different cities anytime. The transport is easi...

Tips: Cost of living varies with the area so choose what suits you best as per budget and the need to talk to someone from a nearby area maybe a friend or join an accommodation group before selecting. Take a part-time job in nearby area only don’t go far it will be difficult to travel. Constantly update the CV and go through job portals to look for good internships. The college itself is good it provides scholarships and is in Liverpool. If you like LFC then you’ll love the place it is so vibrant that...

Tips: This course is not worth the money. You can look for other universities within the same fee range. The university does some scholarships, you don’t need to apply separately but make sure that SOP is perfect. I was fortunate to receive the ULMS Future Leaders Scholarship worth 24500.
Likes (Public transportation): The public transportation is very good. Frequent bus service from all parts of the city plus train service from nearby met cities. Quite affordable, bus tickets are 2 pounds for a single and a day pass is around 5 pou...

Tips: Try to be more self-oriented and make good connections in and around the university. Gain more practical knowledge. Never lose hope. Be self-reliant. Take care while dealing with strangers. Finally, respect everyone and be grateful. Save money for rainy days and having family and friends would help you survive here.

Tips: Students should know that it is a fun loving university but it requires you to be academically oriented. Without academics and academic exposure, you'll be nowhere to be seen here. Also, when I talk about academics I holistically mean learning, analytics and applications. My course was business analytics and big data and to be honest it's way different from what is taught in India. Here you'll get to know the concepts but at the same time, you'll know to apply them via make-up case studies and s...
