Tips: The University of Liverpool is a different experience for me from the university I went to in India. This has much more to offer in terms of education, entertainment, sports, and everything except for jobs. Maybe I sound pessimistic, but it's really difficult to find a job here, I have not gotten a good full-time job, let alone not even a part-time job. So, if bagging a job is your main goal, you have to give a lot of effort.

Tips: Before joining this college, students should know that it's essential to understand that the academic workload can be quite demanding, especially if you're pursuing a rigorous programme. The faculty is highly knowledgeable and approachable, but they expect a lot from students, so be prepared for a challenging yet rewarding academic experience. The campus is vibrant with a wide variety of clubs and activities, so there's always something happening. Additionally, the student support services are ...

Tips: I definitely do not like this university because this university does not provide anything new from what I learnt back in India. It is like the same Computer Science course I did back in India. But the University atmosphere is really good. If you want to have fun and go for partying this is the place you should come to. I am not a party person so I didn't like it that much.

Tips: The University of Liverpool is a fun place to pursue a Master's degree. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree from an under-average college, so I decided to pursue a good university. This university is in the Russel group and one of the most prestigious in the world. I'm a big football fan, and LFC and Beatles are here so, I had my reasons to come here. Make sure you have the right reasons before selecting a university. Look out for internship or part-time opportunities as well. Public transport...

Tips: While the environment in the university is friendly and fun loving. I may not say the same about the city as I lost my bike in the first month I bought it also, one of my friend got robbed on the streets of Liverpool. So be careful while roaming on the roads at night. Apart from that, all the universities are actually the same, you need to work on your own and getting your work done.

Tips: I am satisfied with the University and the faculty, the kind of assignments we are assigned and everything but this place is very costly to live and the fees are high compared to other universities. Unless you have any part time jobs, you can't survive here. But if you got one, this is gonna be a place you will enjoy the best.

Tips: Definitely a cultural shift. Learn cooking but adapt to local food as you won't get much time to cook. And if you get a part time job then just forget about cooking you will be eating outside almost every day. Life is pretty fast here as compared to India.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Better feedback loops and overall quality of teaching. Most of the modules are up to Date and are revised every year. Faculty members are well trained and all of them have PhDs. They will only teach you what needed. Also the way they teach her...

Tips: The University of Liverpool is better than other universities in UK for my course for people who are newly getting into Data Science. I got a 5000-pound scholarship when I applied for this university. Before coming here, I had no idea what data Science was but this course starts from the basics so I understood everything from scratch. The student leaders and staff are so supportive, they won't make you feel like you're an outsider. Overall, it was a good experience for me.

Tips: Liverpool gives you a different type of experience with the people and academics. So don't have to worry about anything. The lives of international students are actually good. It's not too hard or too easy. Before coming here just make sure you can survive here without your family.

Tips: The best thing I like about this college is that they take student suggestions into consideration even when you are an International student with any culturally oriented suggestion. I have seen this happening be it with faculty or with the administration. There are many Indian and South Asian students here and student bodies are doing extremely well. If you are coming here make sure to be a bit outgoing and extroverted it will help in making friends and meeting new people. I am satisfied with my...

Tips: Being one of the Russel group universities, University of Liverpool provides high-class education and the lecturers are highly skilled and knowledgeable. Some of them are really not that good at articulating their ideas but most of them are good actually. The way they give the reading list for every week and get back to them in the seminar makes me really interested in the subject and I am having good fun in learning them. So if you want to do Biomedical sciences, this university is actually a g...

Tips: The University is really big around 100 acres in size, it has more than 50 courses so you can imagine how many diverse students are there in the whole university. There are almost students from every other nationality so diversity isn't an issue and the courses are taught well compared to my other friends living in other parts of UK. So overall I have had a really good experience at the university.

Tips: The best I like about my university is the sports centre and the societies, there are around 200 societies in our university and around 50 sports from blitz ball to water polo. The cultural exposure is the thing I came here and I am a huge sportsperson, so my day starts in the gym and ends in swimming every day, the accommodation is a bit costlier, apart from that, even the groceries are at a reasonable price. University culture is good and has good faculty in my class so I will give this univer...

Tips: I have changed in terms of personal, mental and professional development after moving here. I received a scholarship worth 4500£ i.e. Commonwealth scholarship. I'm totally satisfied with the university, and the course helped me get a job. The UK has been welcoming and kind from day 1.

Tips: Before joining this university, students should know about the academic programmes offered, faculty reputation, sports facilities, extracurricular activities and overall university experiences. As for my transition, I have experienced a cultural drift. It was the first time I was coming out of India and I was so worried but after seeing many Indians here it made me at peace. You can see many Indians doing their Masters but you can find people from different ethnicities if you go to various activ...

Tips: I did avail of a scholarship of 35000. It helped a lot with my expenses. I am indeed satisfied with the country, course and university. Life changed a lot after coming here since there is a lot of cultural change and we need to adapt to the situation and it is a good experience.

Tips: Better accommodations are available near the university. The travel by bus is also available within the campus and the faculty are really friendly and very helpful. The teachers are well-versed in the subjects they are teaching. The food can be better and for foreign students, they may miss their home a lot.

Tips: College is great, city has a unique atmosphere with fun events, parties, and clubs. Exams range from moderate to highly difficult. It is not too different because you will feel almost familiar here. I got scholarships for international students, they also consider merit, so you might get up to 5000 pounds. The college has nice clubs, some even go on outings. On-campus jobs are difficult but off-campus will be easy comparatively. My course covers big data and high-performance computing and I am h...

Tips: Students coming here should have clarity about the course they are opting for. They should be ready to face different ways of learning attributes and have a good grip on the course. Scholarships are around 5000. I’m satisfied with the course outcomes. Obviously, there will be cultural strikes but it’s up to the personal choices. Course pattern and curriculum should be known keenly.

Tips: I never lived alone my entire life before coming here. So I learned a lot of things after coming. You shouldn't keep expecting from anyone. The people you live with are just jealous, selfish and inhuman so you have to find your own way through things. Cultural shift that I noticed was all the locals are polite here. I did receive a scholarship of 2000 pounds as I am from a commonwealth country. I'm really satisfied with coming here because it taught me some crucial life lessons.
