University of Glasgow Student Loans for International Students

International students can apply for the University of Glasgow Student loans (federal loans) if they meet the below criteria:

• Be a US citizen or eligible non-citizen
• Be enrolled or accepted for enrolment in an eligible program at the university
• Have a high school diploma.
• Be enrolled at least half-time for the period of the loan

International students must complete the following steps to ensure that their loan is in place by the start of the academic year:
