Oxford University BSc Entry Requirements 2025

International students must meet the Oxford University admission requirements to study BSc courses. They must complete a high school with qualifying grades to get admission to the university. Mentioned below are general Oxford University requirements for international students:

• Year XII qualification with either the CBSE (All-India SSC) or CISCE in a relevant discipline
• Submit additional test score
• Meet the English language requirements
• Submit any written work

Oxford University BSc Selection Criteria 2025

International students who wish to study BSc from Oxford must complete Year XII qualification either from the CBSE (All-India SSC) or from CISCE (ISC) boards, with the following grades:

For courses requiring A*A*A:

• The students will not know their grades for the CBSE board when they apply.
• For CBSE board: Grades A1 A1 A1 A1 A2, with grade A1 in any subjects relevant to the course applied for.
• For the CISCE board: The overall grade should be at least 90%, with 95% or above in four subjects (including any relevant to the course applied for) and 85% or above in the fifth subject.

For courses requiring A*AA:

• The students will not know their grades for the CBSE board when they apply.
• For CBSE board: Grades A1 A1 A1 A2 A2, with grade A1 in any subjects relevant to the course applied for.
• For the CISCE board: The overall grade should be at least 90%, with 95% or above in three subjects (including any relevant to the course applied for) and 85% or above in the fifth subject.

For courses requiring AAA:

• The students will not know their grades for the CBSE board when they apply.
