Standard tenancies at Cordwainers Court are either 42 or 50 weeks and the following prices refer to the new academic year beginning in September 2022.

• Standard rooms (shared bathroom) are £177.50 per week for 42-week tenancies, £7,455 in total, and £173.50 per week for 50-week tenancies, £8,675 in total. These rooms are approximately 10 metres squared and have single beds.
• Standard rooms (mobility adaptable) are £177.50 per week for 42-week tenancies, £7,455 in total. These rooms are approximately 10 metres squared and have single beds.
