Below are the Georgia Institute of Technology Entry requirements:

• Applicants must submit SOPs which must highlight areas of the applicant's background or interests that may not be clear in other areas of the application. Students may address special features of the program that made it the right fit for them, or they may address specific topics they are interested in studying.
• Three recommendation letters are required, and at least one should come from a faculty member (a computer science faculty member is not required to provide a recommendation) who is familiar with the applicant's academic performance.
• Transcripts and degrees: the applicant must provide the university with transcripts of their academics with degree certificates. Similarly, applying for a PhD or doctoral program may require a master’s degree and transcripts from all the applicant's graduate institutions. 
• English Language Proficiency exams: The following table explains the minimum score  of each English exam the university is accepting:

• Entrance exam: Graduate school entrance exams are most common, but the programs might require different exams from the applicants. The most common exam the university accepts from applicants is the GRE(  Graduate Record Examination). • Resume/CV:  The University might also ask you for a CV or a resume, depending on the course you choose for professional experience.
