Recognised as one of the best universities in the Midwest by U.S News & World Report, the Grand Valley State University (GVSU) had 65% of its graduates working full-time in 2021. Renowned regional agencies and organisations have been hiring GVSU students passing out from the institution. Speaking of the destination rate, 84% of those who responded claimed that they either had full-time or part-time employment, were studying further, had joined volunteering or military service, or were not looking out for jobs. The destination rate this year downgraded a bit from that of the last year’s (90%).

This section discusses the satisfaction rate and outcome of Grand Valley students with regard to their career path. 68% of those who responded confirmed that they agree/strongly agree that their professional status met their expectations and objectives. Last year’s rate was 83% which highlights the fact that the pandemic had a big influence on the same.
