I won't recommend this university for IT background students.
Tips: Everyone will face cultural differences so one should adapt to those conditions. Before applying to the university, they should know about Graduate Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant positions. This helps a lot because they waive off a major part of the fees.
